A “pseudo-human” does not refer to some supernatural creature, but rather an observational concept: individuals whose behavioral logic is entirely beyond the understanding of normal human empathy and who cause actual harm to others or society.

Scope of Investigation

This category includes events with the following characteristics:

  • Behavior beyond common sense — Cannot be simply explained by “selfishness” or “ignorance,” but rather a fundamental lack of cognition/empathy.
  • Causes actual harm — Harms others, public interests, or social trust. This is the key distinction from the “Starry Crowd.”
  • Recordable and reviewable — Based on publicly verifiable events, not witch hunts.

Distinction from the “Starry Crowd”

Simply put: Randomly pressing elevator buttons as a toy and getting scolded → Starry Crowd; Grabbing the steering wheel and causing a car accident → Cthulhu Investigation.

Recording Principles

  1. Stick to the facts — Record the behavior itself, without escalating to group labels. It’s about a specific person doing a specific thing.
  2. Avoid overgeneralization — One person’s wrongdoing does not define the characteristics of their group.
  3. Focus on patterns — Pay attention to identifiable patterns of behavior so others can recognize and avoid risks.

The purpose of investigation is not judgment, but to establish a referenceable map of abnormal behavior.

Subsequent files will record specific cases one by one. If you have events worth archiving around you, feel free to refer to the above principles when reading.
